IS SHIPPING FREE?

Depending on promo being ran at the time. Which involve purchase at a certain price point and above.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DISPATCHED?

We just need no longer than 24 hours (on business days) to get your order prepared and dropped off at our courier. It's unlikely that we need extra time, but may take a little longer to ship out during the holidays, as demand is higher. Please contact us (info.est19@whisperest19.com) for more details.

Stock shortages may also cause some delays in shipment.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

It takes around 2~5 working days to arrive after dispatched within Ontario. 

It takes around 8~10 working days for other provinces in Canada and the United States of America.

For other regions, it takes up to 14 working days.

During rush days/holidays, please allow a few extra days for our courier to deliver your order.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as we create a shipping label for your order, you'll receive an email containing the tracking information to track your order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

Please contact us (info.est19@whisperest19.com) before your item has been dispatched. We are unable to change the address after it has been shipped.

CAN I GET DELIVERY TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF CANADA?

As a Canadian based company, we also offer shipping to the US, and nearly all of Europe.
